Spend 20 minutes a day doing something that is relaxing and not work related. Take a walk, stretch, read a book, or doing yoga. These activities can help you keep your energy level up and you will feel better longer.

>About Us > Thank You's

I would like to take a moment to sincerely THANK the different players who have helped me to get to this point in my fitness career.

8-Time Mr Olympia Lee Haney, Thank you for the continued guidance and support. You are truly an inspiration and I will continue to utilize all the knowledge you have selflessly shared with me.

Big J. Hammett, owner of Vibe Fit and former trainer of Laura Mac. You started me on my road to success. Thank you for the push, the advice and the support.

Karen Rose, owner of Nu-Age Fitness and Miss NPC Southern States, Atlanta , 2003. You are an awesome trainer. Without you, I would not have bumped my rank up to 2 nd place of not one but two contests. Thanks for the knowledge and support.

Jennie Reins, Fitness America Top Twenty competitor. Thanks for stepping in at the untimely death of my previous dance instructor to do such a fabulous job with my routine.

Carla Fields, owner Carla Fields Fitness. You have taken my training workouts to another level. Thank you for your knowledge, expertise and extreme professionalism in whipping me into shape. My legs never looked better!

The late Melvin Bradford, choreographer extraordinaire. Thank you for all your time, effort and support. You were such a great talent who was taken from us much too soon.

Skip and Tangelea Gillion, owners of Elite Physique Transformations. Without your knowledge and encouragement, I don't know what I would have done!
