My motivation stems from a family history of obesity and High Blood Pressure. Having witnessed several family members being diagnosed with the condition, I knew that I was the only one responsible for controlling my own lifestyle. The same with you, no one can hit the "stop" button but you!

Do you need some motivation to live a fit lifestyle? Then you came to the right place. Together, we will create a training program that fits your individuality. You will also be encouraged to follow sound nutrition habits that help you maintain your positive self image. I am passionate about fitness and thrilled to share my enthusiasm and knowledge to help you accomplish your goals. I enjoy educating fitness enthusiasts through workshops and seminars.
